How can I be sure that my messages are safe when using WATO?
WATO strictly abides with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). Hence, ensuring your privacy and data confidentiality. Your messages are safe with us!
Would My WA Number Get Banned From Automating or Broadcasting Messages?
You’re unlikely to get banned from normal usage of WATO. However, excessive spamming or getting reported by recipients violate WA’s regulations and might get you banned.
Can WATO Work on Both WA Personal and WA Business?
Yes! WATO is made compatible with both Personal and Business accounts.
What are credits and how is it calculated?
Different packages have different credit limits. Sending a text message would be 1x credit, sending a picture attachment would be 2x credits and sending a file attachment would be 3x credits.
How is payment collected?
Payment for monthly subscription would be collected every 3 months while yearly subscription would be collected every year.
What happens to my unutilised credits?
Unutilised credits will be brought forward to next month with active subscription.
Can I switch my subscription package anytime?
Yes. Package pricing would change according to the package you choose.
Can I complete my first setup on a phone?
It is highly recommended that you complete the first setup using the computer for your convenience.
Are they any hidden cost that I might not be aware of?
We believe in upfront pricing. Package pricing is as stated but not inclusive of SST 6%
