1. WATO PDPA Statement on Malaysia Personal Data Protection Act 2010

This PDPA Statement describes how Wato and its affiliates collect, retain, and handle personal information (as defined below) in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 ("PDPA") and Malaysian law. Please review this PDPA Statement regarding the personal data we may collect from you. By providing us with your Personal Information, you consent to this PDPA Statement and our Privacy Policy, as well as the collection, use, access, transfer, storage, and processing of your personal information as outlined in this PDPA Statement and our Privacy Policy.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, you may withdraw your consent to Wato processing your personal data or any part or portion thereof at any time by sending a written notice of withdrawal to Wato at the address listed below and within the period prescribed by the PDPA. Wato shall take all steps necessary to implement your withdrawal of assent, provided that doing so does not conflict with any of Wato's other legal obligations.

If you do not wish for your personal information to be shared with other parties, or if you do not wish to be solicited for services offered by Wato or any other parties, including third parties, please notify us in writing using the contact information provided below. You shall have access to all personal data held, stored, or processed by Wato upon written request. To avoid confusion, "access" for the purposes of this provision shall mean notification of such personal data of yours that is processed by or on behalf of CSM and to have a copy of such personal data communicated or conveyed to you in an intelligible form chosen by Wato.

You are hereby notified that access to our services is contingent upon your acceptance and agreement to the terms specified in this Notice. This express acceptance and assent will be indicated by clicking, checking, or otherwise indicating your agreement on the designated consent section of the registration forms or any other documents provided, as applicable.

You are deemed to have granted unequivocal consent for the processing of your personal data by Wato or any duly authorised agents, employees, partners, and/or contractors associated with Wato by indicating acceptance of the terms in this Notice. This processing shall be conducted for the specific purposes outlined below.

By registering for our services or continuing to use them, you consent to the processing of your personal data by Wato and, when necessary, the disclosure of your personal data to the categories of third parties specified by Wato. This processing and disclosure is necessary for Wato to provide you with the requested services. 7. Security of personal Data

We are committed to storing your personal information securely. To prevent unauthorised access, disclosure, and other similar risks, we implement, to the extent possible, appropriate technical, physical, electronic, and procedural security measures in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards to safeguard against and prevent the unauthorised or unlawful processing of your personal data, and the destruction of, or accidental loss, damage to, alteration of, or access to, such data.

We would like to inform you, however, that due to the nature of the Internet, the above-mentioned data protection rules and security measures may not be observed by individuals or institutions beyond our control. Even data sent via email that is not encrypted can be read by third parties. We have no technical means to prevent this. The user is responsible for preventing unauthorised access to the information he or she provides, notably user names and passwords, through encryption or other means. We cannot and do not accept accountability for any unauthorised access, interception, or loss of personally identifiable information that is beyond our control.

8. Compliance with Google Limited Use Requirements

WATO's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements
